With a calm and tranquil mind we can
access our deep strengths, confidence, courage, and clarity.

Meditation is the noble path to understanding the mind and the way we think. With a consistent practice, we come to a place of neutrality even when faced with great challenges. We develop a strong connection to our spiritual heart which allows for living with greater love, more joy, and the ability to trust in the unfolding of life.

Benefits include: Reduces stress, controls anxiety, promotes emotional health, increases feelings of love and kindness for all, improves sleep, and enhances self awareness.

Please join me as we explore the yogic model of the mind, different forms of meditation, and ways to experience our radiance. Registration includes class notes.
