Let’s come together to create inner balance and stabilize ourselves from the inside so we can remain centered and calm amidst the chaos.

This class is perfect for anyone seeking a gentle, accessible yoga practice that promotes calm, balance, and inner strength.
Whether you are new to yoga, dealing with physical limitations, or simply want a more gentle, relaxed approach, this series is designed with you in mind.
Feel calm as well as energized and ready to face the challenges of these times.
What You Will Experience:
–A wisdom talk combining Yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices specific for late summer/ early fall to help you balance your nervous sytem, calm your mind, and build greater energy and vitality.
-Gentle movements: a series of movements and yoga proses that are easy on the body yet effective in building strength, flexibility, and stability.
-Breathwork: Learn calming and breathing techniques to center your mind, balance your nervous system, reduce stress, and support you in feeling and looking better overall.
-Mindfulness: Meditation to build a deeper sense of peace and presence in your everyday life.
-Mantra: Chanting to help quiet the noisy mind and open the heart so you naturally feel more uplifted and joyful.
-Rest/Relaxation: to soothe and nourish
This series is a wonderful opporunity to nurture your body and mind, creating a foundation of peace and stability that can support you through life’s ups and downs.

This class is perfect for you if you are wanting to look and feel healthy, have more energy, and glow with confidence and grace that can only come from inside.
I will offer simple, accessible, yet profound tools, based on years of my personal experiences and dedication to loving and living from the heart.
What You Will Experience:
–A wisdom talk combining Yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices to help support the deepest level of strength, confidence, and a happier, healthier way of being.
-Movements for any level: a series of movements and yoga poses to help us clean, clear, build and establish strength, vitality, balance and peace.
-Breathwork: breathing practices to boost energy, bring emotions into balance, and build a heartiness and a vibrancy to carry you through each and every day.
-Mindfulness: Meditation to free yourself from self-defeating mindset and habits and connect you to the love that is all around so you experience a deep level of authentic health and happiness.
-Mantra: Chanting to help quiet the busy mind and connect us to our wholeness where true health, vitality, and radiance live.
-Rest/Relaxation: to nourish and rebuild
